We are an AVEDA Salon offering a range of services including Men's and Women's Haircuts, Hair Styles, Color, Balayage, Ombre, Root Touch-ups, Skin Care, and various Spa Services as well as complementary care such as Aromatherapy.

The Intaglio Salon compensates all Team Members based upon a Team Based Pay Model.  What differentiates this model from the commission model is the culture that is required to drive it with the key differentiator being that we are focused as a team in driving Salon productivity versus individual productivity.  On the compensation side, Team Members are paid at a guaranteed rate.  This eliminates the drama of inconsistent, fluctuating paychecks impacted by cancellations and no-shows allowing Team Members to plan financially because of a stable paycheck.

• Team Members are compensated for time spent with trainings, classes, etc., and not just for being behind the chair.

• Everyone is responsible for every hour available for sale on the company’s appointment book versus focusing on growing their own request rates thus eliminating a “me” environment.
